Novotel Lombok
Lombok’s Novotel may be considered an architectural masterpiece
built in the style of a traditional Sasak village, on the shores
of the crystal blue lagoon famous for the legend of the Mandalika
Princess.
The lush tropical gardens will lead you to 23 luxurious bungalows
by the beach, plus 77 air-conditioned rooms, beautifully decorated
using coconut wood and natural colours.
Two beach-front restaurants propose a theme buffet every night, as
well as specialty seafood and colourful cultural shows. The
stunning sunsets on the barrier reef and delicious exotic
cocktails await you at the bar. For leisure, all our guests need
to discover the local culture and handicrafts is provided: the
night market and excursions as well as water sports with sailing,
catamaran canoes, windsurfing, fishing diving and surfing sports.
The Mandara Spa team is on hand to pamper guests with massages,
body scrubs and all kinds of treatments to restore and rejuvenate
with the aromas of Indonesian Spices and the finest essential
oils.

Our Rates are inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people,
additional charge shall be applied accordingly
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3. Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 1 kid under 12 years old
sharing bed with parent
4. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD
15 nett/pax/day
During Low Season
No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us
10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 1 (one)
night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service
charge will be applied.
During High & Peak Season (from the
whole August and from 20th December to 5th January)
Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 14
days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than
14 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 1 (one)
night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service
charge will be applied
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore
your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than
the reservation made.
3. We are not responsible for any bank charges. |
